Perth woman mauled to death by dog pictured

The woman mauled to death by two dogs at a Perth boarding kennel has been revealed as Sue Lopicich.

Ms Lopicich, an activist for the adoption of rescue animals, was discovered by her daughter on Tuesday morning after being killed by a Staffordshire bull terrier and bull mastiff.

The attack was believed to have taken place on Monday night or early Tuesday morning. Her daughter was searching for her after she failed to show up at the child care centre where she works.

Emergency services were called to Barko's Boarding Kennel in Southern River in the city's south-east at around 1:45 pm on Tuesday.

The animals have been seized by Gosnells Council and will remain impounded until police advise on necessary action.
