Good Morning America's Lara Spencer had her Instagram followers wanting to be her - or wanting to be with her - after showing off her rock hard abs on Wednesday.
The mother-of-two flaunted her six pack in a chic bikini while vacationing with her family in Nantucket this week.
Lara, 48, selected a matching striped blue and white suit that included a long-sleeved crop top and string bottoms that put her hard-earned abs on display.
The GMA co-host was clearly enjoying her time away from the set, indulging in a frozen pink drink and smiling big for the camera.

'ACK TIME', she captioned the picture, which received more than 12,000 likes.
The photo was quickly flooded with compliments from fans, who begged for information on her workouts, trainers, and swimsuit selection.
'That smile! Looking great mama', wrote one follower, while another exclaimed: 'Holy cow! I am speechless!'
'What an amazing body you have. It goes with your beautiful heart and sharp mind. You got it crackalackin girl,' another fan added.
Lara used to be a competitive diver while studying at Pennsylvania State University and has said in the past that she keeps in shape by playing tennis year-round.
'As a former athlete, I love the competition,' she told Parade magazine in 2014.
'I play both singles and doubles and would play every day if I could! I wish I had known about tennis as a kid. Unlike platform diving, it's a sport I can play for the rest of my life.'
Lara also stays fit by swimming laps, saying it helps her 'get into a meditative state', and doing yoga and paddle boarding.
Lara divorced former CNN reporter David Haffenreffer after 15 years of marriage in 2015
But the former couple still seem to be on great terms, with Lara posting this sweet picture of Haffenreffer and their two teenage children on his 50th birthday last week
The TV host is a fitness inspiration for many after continuing to keep up her active lifestyle despite a hip replacement surgery in August 2016.
Lara admitted on-air that she had waited a 'long time' to get the procedure done because she was embarrassed and initially thought it was an 'old person's problem'.
