Fight in Barcelona bar as customers stop people entering

A fight broke out in a Barcelona bar as customers inside refused to open the shutters to allow entry to people seeking refuge from the terror attack.

The scuffle began among six customers who had barricaded themselves inside bar La Cabaña on Calle dels Àngels, 900 feet from Las Ramblas, where a van killed 13 people.

At around 6.20pm, a group of people began banging on the steel shutters to ask to be let inside.

While two customers wanted to let the group in, two did not, leading to shouts and pushes, El Pais reports. 

After a few seconds, one person raised the shutter just high enough for three people to get in.  

When they got in, the two people who had opposed their entry shouted, 'You have put us in danger!'

However, the situation calmed down after the customers realised the street outside, was calm. 

The incident was one of many chaotic scenes that took place in the Spanish city
