Fisherman holds Great White shark's JAWS open to free it

This is the moment a pair of fisherman daringly chopped a fishing line out of the mouth of a Great White shark they accidentally caught off the coast of Mexico.

The massive predator's eyes gleamed in the darkness as the professional anglers carefully worked to set it free in Ensenada, on Mexico's west coast.

In a heart-stopping clip shared online, a man in a blue top and grey beanie hat holds the blue fishing line inches from the shark's teeth as it thrashes around in the surf.

His friend, wearing a green shirt, then boldly helps to hold the Great White's jaws open so that the first fisherman can cut the animal free.
