And now it can be revealed the Prime Minister has worn the same Amanda Wakeley chain necklace and bracelet almost twice a month since becoming head of the British government.
The “chunky silver bracelet” by the designers costs £185, and the “chunky silver necklace” costs £245, making the spend on the look £430.
The first occasion was when the Prime Minister was welcomed to France by Francois Hollande, France's former president, in the courtyard of Elysee Palace in Paris, France, on Thursday, July 21 last year.

Back in the UK the next week, May walked with Martek Managing Director Derek Galloway and Croydon Central MP Gavin Barwell during a visit to Martinek joinery factory on August 3.
