And in Saturday's The Daily Telegraph, Eric Bana revealed how the role made US television 'a viable option'.
The father-of-two who is based in Melbourne said that the opportunity was 'doable and extremely attractive'.

'US TV's something that hasn't really been a viable option for me simply because I live in Australia. But this was one of the first occasions where something came along that was doable and that was extremely attractive,' Eric told the paper.
'I've looked at a lot of TV stuff over the past 10 years, and this was the one that got me,' the Chopper actor continued.
Eric went on to say that the appeal was not down to portraying the character, but rather delving into his sociopathic ways.
