Kathleen Turner's disdain for has reached an all-time high.

While talking with The Observer, the 64-year-old actress, best known for her role in 1981's Body Heat, criticized the film industry and its obscene spending.  

'The hundreds of millions they spend on films now I find essentially immoral,' the veteran actress said.

While she believes that men and women should be paid equally, she isn't convinced any actors should charge such astronomical fees for their talents. 

'How much money does a person need?' Turner said. 'You can only live in one house at a time. Perhaps they could designate that the studio pay a portion of the fee to an organization or an educational institution.'
