Silverchair were one of Australia's most beloved rock bands, entrancing audiences for nearly two decades.
But former frontman Daniel Johns has now revealed the 'painful' reason why he'll never perform with the band again.
Officially putting an end to hopes of a revival, the 39-year-old told The Sunday Telegraph: 'I don't think it's good for me to go back and revisit the stuff those albums are about'.

Daniel was just 15 years old when Silverchair shot to fame, and many of the band's songs detailed the serious illnesses he contended with while growing into a man.
The rocker has famously battled with anorexia and mental health issues, including a crippling anxiety disorder.
