The Bachelor bodybuilder Lisa Carlton reveals her diet and exercise secrets

She competed in the ICN bodybuilding competition in Melbourne last month.

And on Tuesday, The Bachelor's Lisa Carlton revealed the diet and exercise secrets behind her incredible transformation.

The 25-year-old, who rose to fame on Matty J's season last year, shared on Instagram the strict meal plan and gym routine she followed over the past five months.

'It has been just over a week since I jumped on stage, and I thought I'd give a brief rundown of the past five months!' she explained.

'I followed a structured food program that was specifically tailored for me by my trainer Scott at Powerhouse SC - ICN PRO.'

She continued: 'I ate five meals a day that focused on hitting certain macronutrients (carbs, fats, and protein). Everything I ate, I weighed down to the gram. [Scott] understood me and what I needed
