Ariana Grande is saying 'goodbye and thank u, next' to 2018.
'Farewell 2018, you f***,' Ariana posted on Instagram along with a snap of her that she placed on its side, possibly to indicate how mucked up her year has been.
On a lighter note, she continued: 'i hope this new year brings you all much laughter, clarity and healing,' the 25-year-old wrote to her 141 million followers.
It just went wrong: Ariana Grande posted this snap of herself placed on its side, possibly to indicate how mucked up her year has been, captioned, 'Farewell 2018, you f***'
'be gentle with yourselves and each other. if we made it thru this last year, we’ll for sure make it thru this one. thank you for everything.'
It's been a very difficult 12 months for Ariana.
She faced tragedy when her ex, rapper Mac Miller, died from a drugs overdose at his home in Studio City, Los Angeles on September 7. He was 26.
She split from the hip hop star in April after two years together, citing his substance abuse as the reason for their breakup.
