Alexandra Burke reveals she and fiancé Josh Ginnelly STILL haven't set a wedding date as she insists there's 'a lot more' she wants to do before marriage

She previously gushed she's 'never felt this kind of love before' following her engagement to her long-term boyfriend in January last year.

But Alexandra Burke has revealed she and fiancé Josh Ginnelly are taking things slow as they are still yet to set a date for their wedding.

In a new interview with Hello! magazine, the Bad Boys hitmaker, 30, insisted she plans to travel the world and focus on her singing career before tying the knot with the stage manager.

The songstress, who currently stars as leading character Rachel Marron in The Bodyguard tour, told the publication: ' I always did say it wouldn't happen in 2019 because I knew I wanted to work and there's a lot more that I want to do before I get married.

'It's about enjoying this moment in life - we want to travel a little bit more before settling down. And there's no time to plan anything!'

Ensuring she's in control of her big day, Alexandra added: 'I'm not handing over my life to a wedding planner as I want to be a part of it all and make sure that Josh and I are happy with everything.'
