Opting to go braless for the bash, as she climbed into a taxi later in the night, the 33-year-old Big Brother winner suffered a dramatic malfunction as she flashed too much from beneath her deeply plunging gown.
Josie, who recently discussed the heartache behind her tragic love split and her anger over becoming a single mother to son Reggie-James, was showing off her post-baby body in the green gown with a perilously low-cut front.
The empire-line gown hung loosely on the stunner while her blonde locks were perfectly complimented by the forest green hue of the dress.
While she certainly dazzled on the red carpet, as she later left with pal Lydia Bright, she accidentally flashed a tad too much due to the low neckline.
