The TOWIE star, 38, shared a clip of herself sporting under-eye masks as her swollen knee was compressed by a doctor.
The blonde beauty suffered a leg injury after falling on the ice during last Sunday's live show.

She captioned the video: 'no pain no gain' as she underwent her treatment.
She was joined in the treatment room by skating partner Matt Evers and former Pussycat Doll and fellow DOI contestant Melody Thornton, who was having her shoulder looked at after having a fall in training.
After her knee was iced and compressed, it was wrapped up in gauze ahead of the next live show on Sunday.

This comes as Gemma reportedly launched into an explosive rant where she claimed she was a 'f**king star' compared to her co-stars who are 'not up to her TV level'.
In an alleged unearthed secret recording, which was likely taken during her time on Celebs Go Dating, it appeared to show Gemma refusing to go and film in Wales with three unnamed girls and that show bosses can have her £60,000 fee back.
The star, who has made headlines recently for her apparent diva behaviour behind-the-scenes at Dancing On Ice, seemed to be saying she makes her co-stars 'look good on camera'.

She said during the alleged recording obtained by the Sun: 'Have me hanging around to film with three girls that are clearly not up to my TV level, don't put me in scenes with them girls.'
Gemma added that the show was about her attempts at finding love and she didn't want to have to listen to the other celebrities' experiences.
She continued by telling whoever she was having the row with: 'I'm a f**king star you can't have me hanging around all day.'

Growing tearful, Gemma then appears to demand to know what she is hanging around for again, before admitting that the dating show is not right for her.
She becomes exasperated and tells the person she is arguing with that they don't film the show the way she is used to, and after filming TOWIE all year, she refuses to hang around for anyone.
Attempting to leave, Gemma adds that she isn't sticking around and if they want to film her then they can come to her native Essex, rather than Wales.
