Malin Andersson has revealed that she will be burying her daughter on Wednesday after she passed away aged four weeks old.

The Love Island star took to Twitter on Tuesday to state: 'So tomorrow’s the day I bury my daughter and lay her to rest free from pain. I love you unconditionally baby girl. None of this makes sense. CONSY-GLORIA.'

Malin tragically announced she had lost her newborn daughter last month after she she had been hospitalised since her premature birth in December

Shortly after the loss of her daughter, Malin shared a touching poem about baby loss after her baby Consy, passed away, aged just four weeks old. 

Malin posted the sweet words, written by Amy Farquhar on her Instagram stories on Wednesday evening as she paid tribute to her little girl. 

The lovely words included: 'I know how much that I am wanted/ I feel so very blessed/ Of all the mummy's in all the world/ I got the very best!'

Earlier in the day, Malin revealed the sad news about her daughter on Instagram. 

She had been hospitalised since her premature birth last month and passed away on Tuesday. 

The baby, who she shares with boyfriend Tom Kemp, had been treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital after suffering 'complications'.

Malin wrote today: 'Completely in love with you.. and my Mum just wanted you to be with her. Your time wasn’t ready yet. Mummy loves you. I stayed with you each day... 

'You opened your eyes one last time for me and I saw those beautiful big brown eyes. I’m so sorry I couldn’t do anymore. Go be with grandma Consy. My angel. Rest in peace CONSY GLORIA EMMA ANDERSSON-KEMP 23/12/18-22/01/19.' 

After sharing the message on Instagram, she then shared the same image on Twitter with the simple message: 'RIP my angel', alongside a sad face Emoji.

A host of reality stars responded to her on Twitter, with Love Island series one winner Jess Hayes writing: 'I’m so sorry for your loss Malin my heart is broken for you I can’t even begin to imagine what your going through sending love and prayers x'.

The Valleys star Lateysha Grace wrote: 'Malin. My heart is broken for you. I’m so so so sorry. Sending prayers and love to you and your family. Stay strong', as Nadia Essex penned: 'Omg darling my heart breaks for you!! I am sending you all the love!!'.

Malin, who appeared on series two of the reality show in 2016, gave birth seven weeks early on December 23, breaking the news to her fans on New Year's Day as she revealed the infant was being cared for at Great Ormond Street hospital. 

Saying the couple are 'totally in love' with their daughter, Malin also confirmed their name choice - Consy, after her late mother. 

She penned in the accompanying caption in her original announcement: 'Happy New Year.. Tom and I are so happy to let you all know that our baby girl CONSY arrived in this world 23rd December 2018, seven weeks early...

Two weeks ago, Malin shared an image of the tot's hand with a caption reading: 'All your prayers, messages, healing.. it means the world to us. Baby Consy is still in intensive care, and fighting each day...
