Detailing her challenging experiences on close pal Natalie Pinkham’s In The Pink Podcast, the former Sky Sports host, 43, shared: 'Divorce is horrific. I’ve had a tough few years. I hit pretty much rock bottom at one point.'

The Scottish beauty was left devastated as she called it quits from rugby player Paul, 41, following four years of marriage and 14 years together in total.
Touching on her mindset at the time, Kirsty revealed: 'Divorce is horrific. I’ve had a tough few years. I hit pretty much rock bottom at one point. My poor body and brain has gone through it. I’ve not coped very well.'
The brunette, who shares sons Oscar, 12, and Jude, nine, with her ex, added: ' And I was trying to be a great mum and keep it all going. I was pushing myself too much.'
Following the breakdown of her marriage, Kirsty hopped into short-term relationships, including her romances with Billie Piper's ex-husband Laurence Fox, rugby player Danny Cipriani and comedian Jack Whitehall.
