The talented actors have been together for over 12 years and tied the knot in a romantic surprise wedding at Ripley Castle, Yorkshire last February.
They got engaged back in 2009, after meeting on the set of the hit ITV soap in 2007.
They walked down the aisle on February 10 with around 100 guests in attendance who had been fooled into thinking they were in attendance to celebrate Charley's 30th birthday, which falls on February 26.
