Chip and Joanna Gaines have designed a new farmhouse in China Springs, Texas.
The former HGTV stars put the stunning home on the market this month and it looks exactly like what one would expect from the creative design duo who have vowed to make their neighborhood 'beautiful one home at a time'.
The white home is roomy with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms and is currently on the market for $624,900 through Magnolia Realty.
It has a large outdoor patio and French oak wood floors with a number of areas for entertaining.

It has a look: The kitchen is large with a long wood island that has a marble counter top and a dishwasher and sink as well as a microwave attached
Fresh style: The back splash has subway tiles and more ornate beige-and-white toles and there are white drawers with metal pulls that flank an oven
Heavy metal: The lights are a darker metal matching the hood over the stove top; the refrigerator is stainless steel
Plenty of room for cereal: There are several long cabinets next to the stove and it looks like the island has storage room too
The couple are certainly busy these days.
When on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon in November, the design duo announced they are working with HGTV parent company Discovery on a new network which they will have a stake in.
The network will launch in late 2019 or early 2020.
Magnolia Network was named for Chip and Joanna's design and decor company.
'We signed a non-disclosure and it said, quote unquote, you can tell your mother, but that’s it,' Chip joked.
'So mom, I just wanted to make a quick announcement, we are coming back to television.
