The 41-year-old New England Patriots star covered his leading lady in kisses before declaring her his 'Forever Valentine' in the heartwarming post shared to his nearly six million followers.

'Te amo tanto amor da minha vida,' he wrote in the caption, a Portuguese saying which roughly translates to 'I love you so much love of my life.'

Bündchen didn't miss a single beat in declaring her adoration for her husband of nearly one decade.
