The hunky looks, the high-flying modelling career and the gorgeous girlfriend- Kris Smith seems to have it all.

But the new dad revealed a far more vulnerable side this week, admitting that he never thinks he is good enough and has been plagued by insecurities his entire life.

Speaking to Confidential on Friday, Kris candidly revealed: 'I think we all struggle with something at a certain point, and mine is, I have a lot of body issues - I've never felt good enough.'

But the 40-year-old father-of-two added: 'I'm getting so much better now. The older I get, the more I've accepted myself, but it's not been easy.'    

In the past, Kris has spoken to BW magazine as part of its 2017 Hot 100 about his body image issues, saying: 'They've not gone. They're far from gone, they're definitely still there.'
