But it was a surprise soap reunion on Friday's Loose Women that left EastEnders star Samantha Womack in tears, as she was joined on the show by her on-screen sister Rita Simons.
The duo - who played the iconic Mitchell sisters Ronnie and Roxie - couldn't hide their delight at being brought back together on the ITV show two years after their soap death.

Samantha was a guest on the show to chat about her role in the screen adaptation of The Girl On The Train, but eventually talk turned to her departure from EastEnders.
The star has spoken openly about her disappointment at Ronnie's exit, especially as her character was killed off in such spectacular.
Speaking to panellists Andrea McLean, Stacey Solomon, Carol McGiffin and Nadia Sawalha, she said: 'It was really tough killing that character for me, I just thought if I rise to the surface of the swimming pool they can't get me!'

It was then that Andrea revealed that she had a surprise for Samantha - she was going to be joined by Rita on the show.
As Rita made her way to the panel Samantha broke down in tears of joy and they sweetly embraced, adding: 'She's the only person in the world that when I look at her she just makes me cry.'
Rita - who also appeared on the most recent series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here - admitted that she and Samantha had been approached by producers with various projects to reprise the Mitchell sisters.
