James Jordan screamed in agony while being treated for injuries sustained during rehearsals for Dancing On Ice in an Instagram video ahead of Sunday's show.
The former-Strictly Come Dancing star, 40, may have been turning out great performances since week one but he hasn't been without injury as he tried to treat swelling on his elbow.
The TV star gritted his teeth and squirmed as he dunked his arm into a bowl of ice in the clip online.

Clearly in agony, James began to cry out in pain while his pal Brian McFadden filmed the ordeal.
Asking how long his arm had been in the ice for, Brian laughed and said: 'It's not even been 35 seconds.'
James has not said how he injured his arm but it's likely he could have taken a tumble during the show's vigorous rehearsals.
The physiotherapist on hand told the dancer to put up with the pain as it would benefit him in the long run.
