She's been dating singer Liam Payne for a couple of months and supermodel Naomi Campbell was left open-mouthed when she received a message on Sunday.
While it's not clear who the message was from, it's fair to say whatever it was, left Naomi in shock and she was engrossed in her phone outside the Dorchester hotel.
Naomi, 48, appeared unable to locate her driver when she first stepped outside, having a conversation with an associate and pointing down the street.

However, her spirits lifted when she bumped into one of her best friends boyfriend's Count Nikolai von Bismarck, 30.
Naomi has been very busy, checking out the shows at London Fashion Week, and stepped out looking like she had come straight off the catwalk.
She wore a patterned dress over a pair of skinny jeans, which were tucked into fringed black knee-high boots.
