In a post shared on Diet Prada, an Instagram account which calls out plagiarism in fashion, likenesses were drawn between the 1998 vintage Thierry Mugler gown Kim, 38, wore on Sunday and a dress set for release by budget brand Fashion Nova.
In a snippet from a Fashion Nova shoot shared on social media, a near-identical replica of the risqué gown was shot four days before Kim sported the gown publicly - leading to allegations of secrecy behind-the-scenes.

Kim and the Kardashian-Jenner clan's styles have long been ripped-off by online and high-street retailers once they have sported designer, couture or vintage pieces - with the copies known to be released within hours of the stars wearing the looks.
There has always been wide-speculation about the quick turnaround, however Diet Prada editors allege to have caught out a collaboration between Kim and the designers to help get the dresses released at speed.
On Sunday, Kim caused stirs in the Mugler gown from 1998, which featured barely-there strips to contain her modesty while attending the Hollywood Beauty Awards.
Shortly after, model Yodit Yemane, 21, shared a video on Instagram from a contact sheet at the Fashion Nova shoot in which she posed in a lookalike dress, which was branded 'The Kim Dress' in the images which were seemingly taken on Thursday.

The dress was later changed to be called 'The Winning Beauty Cut Out Gown', however Diet Prada claimed they had already spotted the error.
