David Arquette has admitted 'full responsibility' for the disastrous hairdo his ex-wife Courteney Cox sported in their 2000 movie Scream 3.
The 47-year-old silver fox, who was newly married to Courteney when the film was made, recently revealed on social media that the wig was his idea.
When an Instagram account posted a photo of her in the film with the line: 'if you ever feel like s***, just remember Courteney Cox' hair in Scream 3,' David fessed up.

'I have to take the fall for this. I suggested a Bettie Page look. It just didn’t work. I take full responsibility,' he commented on the meme.
Courteney, who obtained David's last name in her credit during part of the run of her iconic NBC sitcom Friends, recently expressed her distaste for the Scream 3 hairdo.
