BRITs 2019: The 1975 and Calvin Harris are the big winners of the night

The 1975 and Calvin Harris were the big winners at the BRIT Awards on Wednesday, each taking home two prizes.

However Dua Lipa, who had been nominated four times for this year's awards ceremony, only took home one award from the event after she failed to bag awards in the other three categories.

The Give Yourself A Try hitmakers - made up of Matty Healy, Ross MacDonald, George Daniel, and Adam Hann -scooped the prestigious Best Album award for A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships.
