Luke Goss on THOSE fights with brother Matt

They endured a series of tears and tantrums as they clashed over their egos and music differences during their After The Screaming Stops documentary.

But Luke Goss, 50, said on Lorraine on Friday that actually, disagreements with his twin help the band to be more creative in the studio.

He told stand-in host Christine Lampard: 'Someone said to me last night, "do you think you'll fight?"

'And I think there has to be some kind of tension in the studio because that creates good music.'

The film followed the brothers as they prepared for their emotional sell-out reunion gigs at London's O2 Arena.

It was nearly 30 years after they last took to the stage together, while simultaneously trying to repair their bond after a decade of minimal contact.

Luke said on Friday: 'The documentary showed us building bridges and Matt and I learning how to communicate creatively, but to make it interesting and also benefit our personal lives.'

During the programme, the twins were seen having a heated argument just moments before an interview on This Morning last year.

Luke shouts: 'Don't shut me down' as an irate Matt says : 'You gotta listen!'

Luke then says: 'I'm gonna speak' but Matt cuts him off and says 'you're gonna speak are you?' as he approaches his brother.

Ending the row, Matt says: 'Go f*** yourself' as a heartbroken Luke watches on.

The documentary promised 'a raw and emotional look into the aftermath of fame and the reconnection between two twins torn apart by their past' while showing no-holds barred clips of the pair rowing and crying over the bond they used to share.

The band have become almost cult heroes since their show aired on the BBC over Christmas and it appears as though we might be seeing even more of them.

Matt said: 'We're neck deep in negotiations with a major label. We're going to jump in the studio, very very soon and put our heads down.

'That's gonna be a whole new thing and maybe we'll film the process again.'

'[The fans have] been so beautiful to us, and literally after this we're jumping on a plane back to that States!'

Talking about their documentary, Matt said: 'We're really proud that we had a discussion with each other that we were going to let go of the editing right.

'It wasn't a promo piece. We've been very wary and notoriously private people and we left this country because we wanted some privacy.'

The brothers also spoke about attending the BRITs on Wednesday night.
