Love Island's Malin Andersson revealed the pressure of social media caused her anxiety in a new BBC documentary filmed before the death of her baby daughter in January.

The reality star, who appeared on the 2016 series of the TV show, candidly discussed the pros and cons of being a social media influencer in scenes from the BBC Inside Out East documentary, due to be aired on Monday (February 25.)

Malin, 26,  revealed in January that her one-month-old daughter, Consy, had passed away after being hospitalised since her premature birth in December.

In the new show, the star spoke about life after Love Island, being trolled and the hours she spends taking selfies to achieve the right one.     

The video opens with Malin scrolling through the comments on her latest selfie, saying: 'I'll get anxiety coming through from the comments and if I see anything bad..

'Here we go, a nasty one, "you look chubby", there we go guys.' 

Discussing paid posts - Malin can earn more than £400 for every one - she said: 'I love the fact that I'm getting sent stuff and I'm getting paid to promote it.'
