Dancing On Ice viewers have accused ITV bosses of 'blatant favouritism' after it appeared James Jordan got more skating time than Saara Aalto on Sunday night.

Fans branded the show a fix on Twitter and accused the judges of undermarking the former X Factor finalist after she placed bottom of the leaderboard with her royal-themed routine.

Saara, 31, narrowly avoided elimination after she found herself in the skate-off with Pussycat Dolls singer, Melody Thornton.

Former Strictly dancer James, 40, kicked off the Time Tunnel-themed week with his 'fast and furious' Flintstones routine with his partner Alexandra Schauman.

Saara performed to Queen's iconic hit Killer Queen, but fans soon became convinced her performance was shorter than James.

One viewer wrote on Twitter: 'I can't believe I care but James was skating about 30 seconds longer than Saara seemed a bit unfair,' while another vented: 'Saara got about 10 seconds. James gets two minutes!! Fix.'
