Australian health coach Samantha Jackson is revealing how she helped Hollywood megastar Mel Gibson shed 14kg in eight weeks.
Speaking on The Morning Show on Friday, the Perth-based mother told of how she overhauled the 63-year-old actor's diet and exercise routine to effectively enable him to lose weight.
She stated: 'I was quite brutal... [but] within ten days his pants were loose!'

Samantha told The Morning Show that she met Mel early last year, and that altering his diet was the first step in helping him to slim down.
'We had to cut out butter and cream, and some of the naughtier things he was having, like steaks fried in butter,' she explained.
'I got him to eat more regularly but just less each time. He was eating [smaller portions] five times a day!' the health coach added
