And the 48-year-old shared updates on Twitter before and after, admitting she was 'nervous' and sharing humorous posts about death as a coping mechanism. She first tweeted: 'My husband’s having a heart procedure tomorrow ... he’s currently playing me his choice of funeral music - you know "just in case" ... that’s how we roll in the Silverton-Heron household.' She mused: 'Come to think of it - my uncle was cremated to "ring of fire". Kate admitted she was worried about her husband, but also acknowledged that a bit of dark humour can help at times such as these. 'And I agree - having seen my father so poorly before he passed - it meant so much to be able to have open & healthy conversations about #death #talkaboutdeath & humour too can help!'
