They're great mates and they may become great neighbours, too.
Sam Newman has revealed he and Shane Warne are both eyeing up apartments on the fifth floor of a luxury $150 million beachfront apartment complex in St Kilda.
Sam, 73, and Shane, 49, are both keen on properties at the St Moritz development from architects Fender Katsalidis, The Herald Sun reports.

Apartments at the complex are said to cost $12.5 million each - with one selling at a record $30 million - and are rated at a whopping six stars.
AFL Footy Show host Sam was amused by the concept of the men living in side-by-side bachelor pads.
He told The Herald Sun that he sees Shane as a great mate and the arrangement: 'does conjure up an intriguing relationship.'
