Since winning the inaugural season Australian Idol back in 2003, singer Guy Sebastian has been in demand.
Now, he has spoken about the scarifies he makes while juggling his busy career and two young children, Hudson, 6, and Archer, 4.
Guy took to his Instagram Stories on Friday ahead of filming for The Voice, and amusingly showed off his moisturising face mask while joking about the 'sacrifices' he makes for his children.

In a deadpan voice, Guy recounted: 'I was just at the park with the kids playing cricket, but I had to leave because it's a late shoot for The Voice tonight.'
He continued in an amusingly wry tone: 'I hope they understand just what kind of sacrifices I make for them on a work level.'
