Married At First Sight's Melissa Lucarelli, 38, sensationally left her 'husband' Dino Hira, 34, after he secretly recorded her speaking on the phone to her sister.
And now Melissa has revealed she's considering taking legal action against Dino over the recording scandal, telling Confidential she's already been in contact with a lawyer.
'It's illegal to record a conversation when you're not in the conversation,' Melissa told the publication on Tuesday.

Melissa said that a lawyer contacted her after the episode aired, adding: 'I feel like half of me wants to proceed with (legal action) to show that … it’s not the right thing to do.'
While Dino admitted to making the secret recording on the show, Melissa admitted that she still feels unhappy that Dino received a largely positive edit and was able to play a 'victim'
