She reduced her 'husband' Billy Vincent to tears on Monday's episode of Married At First Sight, leaving viewers outraged on Twitter.
But Susie Bradley, 25, has shamelessly defended her behaviour, blaming her mild-mannered spouse for provoking her with 'constant' little lies.
Speaking to Nova 96.9's Fitzy & Wippa on Tuesday, the Brisbane-based nurse said that viewers only saw one side of their tumultuous relationship.
When asked about her verbal tirade against Billy after he told a harmless lie about the last time he went surfing, Susie went on the defensive.
'All I can say is, there's obviously a lot to to it,' she said.
'You don't crack over whether someone surfed yesterday or a month ago. There's a lot of build up that yous don't see. That's all I can say.'
Susie insisted that her portrayal on screen 'isn't who I am', adding that only a fraction of their honeymoon was featured on the show.
