Katy Perry sells four-bedroom Hollywood Hills mansion for a cool $9.4 million

Katy Perry has sold a Hollywood Hills mansion for an undisclosed sum, after having it on the market for about two-and-a-half years.

The 34-year-old songstress moved the palatial dwelling - which takes up nearly two-and-a-half acres at Runyon Canyon's peak - for $9.4 million to restaurateur Michael Chow, the founder of the Mr. Chow franchise and his younger new wife Vanessa Rano, according to Variety.

The Santa Barbara, California native initially put the 7,500 sq. foot home - which includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half bathrooms - in September of 2017 for $9.5 million, and subsequently reduced the price to $8.95 million amid tepid feedback but it seemingly went back up in price.
