Kate Hudson just welcomed her third child - daughter Rani - with Danny Fujikawa and is in a state of bliss.
But on Tuesday the 39-year-old Almost Famous took on a darker subject as she talked to divorce attorney to the stars Laura Wasser on the podcast Divorce Sucks!
The blonde daughter of Goldie Hawn said it's not always easy dealing with an ex-husband - she divorced musician Chris Robinson in 2007 after seven years of matrimony - but she can weather the ups and downs.

Kate's three children all have different fathers.. With Danny she has Rani, who was born in October. With 52-year-old rocker Robinson she has 15-year-old son Ryder. And with 40-year-old Muse singer Matthew Bellamy she has Bingham Hawn, aged seven.
The cover girl also revealed Chris, Matthew and Danny all get along.
'It's funny and we laugh about it,' she said. 'I never thought my life would look like that, but it is what it is. All I care about is happy kids, and we all make that the priority.'
And if one goes to Mexico or Hawaii, another man follow.
'Matt and I vacation together,' she added. 'To me, it's like the better friends you can be, the better everything is.'
'Matt and I, we have a great way of talking to each other about Bing and instilling the same rules in the house. We find that to be really important for Bing to feel that there's, 'No, you're not going to get away with anything in each other's house. Mommy and Daddy are on the same page.'
