Australian comedian Ash Williams has revealed that he was nearly cast as the next Bachelor.
Appearing on the podcast High Heels and Hangovers on Wednesday, the hunk admitted he was one of the front-runners for the job.
Ash said that after doing a number of photoshoots for the role, he was ultimately 'ghosted' by producers before filming was set to begin.

'I had some meetings, I had some studio kind of shoots... I did the audition and then they wanted to do a camera test, so you do it with all the sets made,' he revealed.
'For an afternoon, I felt like The Bachelor, and then they were like, "pack your bags, this is going to happen real quick." So I pack a bag and then I never hear from them again.'
