Fans of Australian '90s soap opera E Street can now own a piece of television history as 'Patchett's Pub' has been listed on the market for $2.1million.

The Balmain property served as the set for the local watering hole frequented by actors such as Simon Baker, Toni Pearen and Melissa Tkautz when they appeared on the show.

Simon Baker, who went on to star in U.S. drama The Mentalist, played Constable Sam Farrell on E Street, and even won a Logie Award for Most Popular New Talent in 1993.

The building was originally built in 1865 as a hotel called 'The Pacific'. It was separated into two warehouse-style properties and converted in 1997, Realestate.com.au reported.
