The Batman franchise is getting new life on the small screen as lead actor Jack Bannon was spotted filming scenes for the upcoming series Pennyworth, based on DC Comics characters.
The actor, who will play Bruce Wayne's beloved butler Alfred Pennyworth in his younger days on the series, filmed an action sequence in London this week.
Joining him were cast members including Ben Aldridge as Thomas Wayne.

Jack, who has previously appeared in The Imitation Game and TV series Medici, filmed an action scene in which he sported a grey T-shirt and matching tracksuit bottoms with a film crew capturing his every move in a go-kart beside him.
The actor will play Alfred during his days as a British SAS soldier who forms a security company.
He goes to work for billionaire Thomas, who will one day become father to Bruce, in the 1960s.
The series will follow Alfred as he has to reconcile his job as a killer with his naturally kind and gentle nature.
