Emma Bunton has emotionally revealed that she nearly 'broke' when she was told she may not be able to have children.
The 43-year-old, who is now a mother of two with fiancé Jade Jones, was told her endometriosis could make it difficult for her to get pregnant when she was just 25.
The singer told Stella Magazine: 'That nearly broke me. I knew I had the right partner; I knew I wanted to be a mum.

'I didn't give up hope, but it wasn't happening.'
But Emma, who now has two sons with Damage star Jade, said she believes her Strictly Come Dancing training in 2006 helped her to conceive her eldest son, Beau, five years later.
