The Block's Hans Baumgartner and Courtney Brown have listed their two-bedroom Brisbane apartment for sale.
The couple, who starred in season 14 of the home renovation show last year, bought the Bulimba apartment in 2007 and are accepting offers over $425,000.
Bulimba is located four kilometres north east of Brisbane's CBD.

WA-based airline captain Hans, 37, repainted the whole apartment in two days, polished the floorboards and updated the taps and light fittings.
'It was looking pretty tired - it had '90s cream colours throughout,' Hans told Domain on Sunday.
'We also redid the outdoor courtyard,' he added.
