One of the biggest criticisms levelled against Married At First Sight is that the participants are more interested in fame than love.
And on Tuesday's episode of the reality series, there was an attempt to address the elephant in the room by Tamara Joy's aunt Cheryl, who quizzed Tamara's 'husband' Dan Webb about his true intentions over a tense lunch.
Cheryl planned to ask Dan if he was using reality TV for fame like his younger brother Sam Webb, who starred on Australian Survivor in 2016 before landing spots on Neighbours and Home and Away.

However, an editing fail revealed that the full question surrounding this had been scribbled out from a list that Cheryl was reading from.
Instead, Cheryl ask about his intentions in a softer way, questioning Dan: 'Are you in this for the right reasons?'
The editing fail also revealed that the word 'show' had been crossed out and replaced with 'experiment.'
This was mostly likely to avoid breaking the fourth, with the term 'social experiment' permanently used in place of 'TV show' during the series to maintain a stronger sense of reality.
