She has now walked up the aisle during her Maldives wedding and become Billie Shepherd after marrying beloved beau Greg.
Yet prior to last week's nuptials, Billie's mum Sue Wells revealed - in scenes set to air on Wednesday night's Mummy Diaries - that the bride was suffering an extremely physical reaction to the building stress of her wedding planning.
The 50-year-old businesswoman was seen chatting with her other daughter Sam during a painting activity, as she revealed the pain Billie was going through.
Billie, 29 and Greg, 33, who share Nelly, four, and Arthur, two, wed in an idyllic ceremony last Tuesday on the island of Kuramathi after a five-year engagement.
Their nuptials have been marred with controversy after they were accused of ruining a host of fellow holidaymakers' trips due to their guests' raucous behaviour.
And while she slammed the suggestions after the wedding, it seemed the lead-up was causing her some emotional turmoil as she battled with preparation.
While Sam and Sue enjoyed some time with son Paul, two, and daughter Rosie, 16 months, they got chatting about Billie's then-forthcoming nuptials.
