The 34-year-old told Friday's The Daily Telegraph that he will dedicate older love songs to his partner during his Aviary Takes national tour. It comes after the musician's disastrous concert in Cairns, Queensland, last June, that saw him falling off a chair and forgetting the lyrics to a song. The singer-songwriter will dedicate older love songs to Bronnie during his Aviary Takes national tour, commencing in Bendigo, Victoria, on March 16. 'Now, singing a song I might have written three years ago, and having someone like her in my life, it feels different,' Dan added. Counting his blessings: 'I have spoken (to audiences) about having someone in my life who has been a huge help and how fortunate I am for that,' Dan told Friday's The Daily Telegraph The couple will welcome their first child together, a girl, this June, coincidentally marking the one-year anniversary of Dan's disastrous concert. During the gig, held at Tanks Arts Centre in Queensland, Dan performed a bizarre rendition of Britney Spears' song Baby One More Time, which prompted anger from fans. Dan later confessed to being 'drunk' during the concert that saw him falling off a chair and forgetting the lyrics to a song. Taking to Facebook earlier this month, Dan told fans that he 'sold everyone in the room short' and was hoping to 'make it right' with another performance he has now scheduled in the same city. 'It was an extremely difficult time but one of the biggest blessings I could've ever asked (or not asked) for. At just under nine months sober, I'm really thankful that I'll be returning to Cairns tomorrow night (Friday) for a 'Make it Right Show.'
