Comedy: Miranda Hart had TV viewers in stitches when she made the moves on Colin Firth in a sketch for Red Nose Day for Comic Relief
Suggesting to viewers that they should consider reading some classic literature, she raises her copy of Pride and Prejudice to the camera.
She said: 'You could read that to your friends and family and imagine that you're reading it to your own Mr Darcy.
'Just sort of wooing them. Quite a fun thing to do of an evening.'
The pair are sat beside a blazing fire as Miranda reads to Colin. He falls asleep while she is still on the first page so she kicks his leg and screams 'Colin!' to ensure she had his attention.
