And she has dismissed all claims against them, according to The Blast. The outlet reported that Trent has dismissed the claims without prejudice, which means she won't be able to refile them in the future. Trent was the surrogate for Lewis, 48, and Edward's child in 2016; she gave birth to their daughter Monroe. She had appeared in several episodes of the show and was filmed as part of the birth episode. The Blast reported that while she did consent to filming pre-birth scenes of the show, she alleged that did not sign consent for filming in the delivery room. During the birth episode of Flipping Out, Lewis had said: 'If I was a surrogate, and I had known there was going to be an audience, I probably would have waxed. And that was the shocking part for Gage. I don't think Gage had ever seen a vagina, let alone one that big.' Monroe is the biological daughter of Lewis. According to The Blast, the comments she claimed made her 'suffer anguish, self-loathing and depression,' and she was suing for invasion of privacy and fraud.
