They've been married since 2014 and are now expecting their first child together.

And on Monday night, rocker Nikki Sixx couldn't keep his hands off his blooming pregnant wife Courtney at the Los Angeles premiere for the Motley Crue Netflix biopic The Dirty.

The 60-year-old bassist and songwriter beamed with pride alongside his 33-year-old spouse who wore a silver sparkly catsuit with a very revealing neckline.

Courtney showcased not just her baby bump but also her cleavage as she went bra-less in the glitzy outfit.

She added a long pale peach-colored coat that was left undone and her long brunette locks tumbled loose around her shoulders.

Nikki stepped out in a green and navy tartan suit with a black t-shirt and large black cap pulled down over his black hair.

He added sunglasses and a pair of statement earrings.
