BlacKkKlansman actor John David Washington is set to star in famed director Christopher Nolan's next event film.

The role was said to be highly coveted, despite the fact that almost no details have been released about the plot.  

One insider has described the upcoming film as a massive, innovative, action blockbuster that will be shown in Imax, according to Variety.

There had been word that the film was somewhere in the realm of North By Northwest and Inception, but Warner Bros. quickly shot down the chatter.
