Cameron Merchant has been lucky enough to find love with Jules Robinson on Married At First Sight.
It represents a fairytale ending for the former cricketer, whose dream of becoming a rugby player was crushed when he injured his leg as a teenager.
Speaking about the accident that stunted his growth aged 13, Cameron told Fitzy & Wippa that he still vividly remembers what happened on the field that day.

Cameron recalled on Wednesday: 'I was playing rugby. I had a 90kg bloke running at me, I was fullback at the time and I thought, "I'm going to save this try", and he snapped my leg in many, many pieces unfortunately.
