Jade Goody's five bridesmaids reflect on her bittersweet wedding day

Jade Goody's pal Jenn broke down in tears as she and fellow bridesmaids reflected on bittersweet wedding day a decade ago during Wednesday's Loose Women.

Bridesmaids Kate, Kelly, Charlene, Jenn and Caroline said they do everything in their power to keep the late star's memory alive for her sons Bobby, 15, and Freddie, 14.

Overcome with emotion, Jenn wiped away the tears as she appeared on the Loose Women panel to commemorate her friend on the 10th anniversary of Jade's passing.

Caroline, who was sat next to tearful Jenn, recalled the wedding was a 'bittersweet' occasion for everyone involved.

Jade married her love Jack Tweed at Down Hall country house, near Essex, in 2009, shortly before she died on March 22.

Bridesmaid Caroline admitted looking at Jack was 'devastating' because he only had a few weeks with his new bride.

'The wedding was bittersweet.' She said. 'Looking at Jack Tweed was devastating. You look at married couples have their lives ahead of them, but for him, he just had weeks. She was a bridezilla, so she told me that I had to have the week off.' 

Jenn touched on the happier elements of the night as she reminisced how Jade had stuck it out on the dance floor all night. 

Deeply saddened, Kate said everyone cried when Jade told the room she was 'hoping for a miracle' in her speech following bittersweet ceremony.

She said: 'Jade was also trying to get as much money for her boys. It was a job for her...She had a magazine [there], we were doing a show.
